OBAMA COUNTRY, THAT SHOULD SAY IT ALL! This kfc is a disgrace! Extremely slow for no apparent reason other than incompetence. Half an hour for 2 lousy xx burritos that were essentially rice, sour cream, & a couple pieces of chicken. The tortilla was wrapped way wrong, it was like 6 layers thick at the ends. Need some Mexicans in there, bc you can't get a good burrito from a bunch of corn fed cracker's! What can you expect from the state that put barak hussein on the map?
We used to love this KFC, but in the past 6 months or so it's really gone downhill. Quality is lacking, employees are lackadaisical and unprofessional, and service is incredibly slow. A year ago, I could go into this store during the lunch rush and get an 8 piece with 2 sides in under 5 minutes. Today, I waited 24 minutes for a 10 piece and it wasn't during a rush time. There were plenty of folks working, but most were either standing around watching a few work, and some were running around like they didn't know what they were doing. Not sure what happened here, but it is a huge disappointment. If you're in a hurry, you might want to try Arby's instead. If you don't mind being treated like you're bothering them, and don't mind a long wait, you'll be just fine here.
I went to KFC n ate sum chicken and it was not greasy or dry like a lot of other places. i do enjoy they crunch wraps. five star if You ask me.
I ordered a chicken cantina bowl, got outside to eat it, no chicken in it!! Went in to tell them, no apology, then was given my chicken in a bowl with no lid. I wasn't expecting a pity party, but a "I am sorry for any inconveniences" would have been common manners.
