Was overcharged for item and never once, did any staff say they were sorry or apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, the clerk who processed the transaction called me "rude," for having the audacity, I guess, for wanting my money back! She kept saying, " well , it shouldn't have done this," although she and the manager could clearly see the price was labeled as it should be on the display, but overcharged at the register. It seemed they were more concerned with someone catching them at overcharging - they were apparently embarrassed and annoyed and did refund the difference - but they once again, not only did not express regret, but were angry at me for pointing this pricing error out. My concern is that if this goes on with just this once item it will add up over time. If there are multiple items in the store, it is a conspiracy.
