NEVER EAT HERE! I went in one day, paid for my meal and when the cashier closed the drawer a cockroach ran out from under the register. Disgusting you have one you got them all!!!
Everytime we have gone out to go thru the drive through they forget something and I have to run back out. Today the tacos all had a bad stale smell to them. After 4 times not sure I'm giving them another chance.
When eating at KFC in Knoxville, Iowa one of the first things that struck me as I entered was the sign boasting free WIFI. When eating alone I will often put in a set of earbuds and watch a little Youtube. Guess what, KFC blocks all sites with video. I have no idea what they are thinking, either you offer wifi or don't but this halfway stuff put me off. Since I had nothing to watch I looked at the award wall there. Most all awards the store has received are at least ten years old. That tells me 1.KFC no longer gives awards or 2. this stores best days are so far behind it they don't care any more. The service and food were adequate but not outstanding. The decor is as dated as the awards on the wall and they have done away with the chicken/taco combination from the menu. The point of going is to mix the chicken and mexican and now you have to do it ala carte. I hope they wake up and bring back the glory days of the early 2000's as I truly miss my favorite chicken.
I've never seen worse service. Wtf
