4th St Cafe is one of Keokuk Iowa's prized family owned and operated gems that is always welcoming to its many patrons and are passers-by alike. The portions and tastes of 4th St remind of sitting at moms dinner table every night, not always knowing what was for dinner, but knowing you would be satisfied when you got up. My personal favorite is The Monster! A thick juicy deep fried tenderloin decked out however you like it, whether you want a couple slices of tomato, lettuce, pickles, and dashed with ketchup and mustard, or create your own version of the Monster. Everything is cooked to order at 4th St! Come add your story to its rich hometown history...
