AWESOME.I made the mistake of buying a new vehicle through Finnin Ford. HORRIBLE mistake. My brand new car came in such a mess, I didn't even know how to sort it all out. Luckily, Victory was more than willing to assist me, even though I didn't buy my vehicle through them. Joe in service was AWESOME. He was young and amicable, like myself, and more than willing to go the extra mile. These people need a standing ovation. I am very happy with the level of service and will drive the 40 minutes because I KNOW I will be taken care of. HIGHLY recommend. Victory, my next vehicle will be from YOUR lot!
I lost my husband 8/31/13 so had no one to go with me to look at the Suburban I saw on line. Russ the salesman was so compassionate and professional. He was not aggressive,answered all my questions, and did not press me for an immediate answer. I am very pleased with the vehicle and hope that if and when I need another vehicle that Russ is still working there!!
This dealer was great to work with. Pete went above and beyond his duties as a salesman. And putting extras on the vehicle the parts dept. was great. And the detailing that was done was awesome.
