We've had our screen printing done by JMJ for at least 10 yrs. Not any more. Giving them the benefit of doubt, we have ordered doz.'s of T-shirts, sweat shirts, hats, and numerous bowling team shirts. Sometimes they did good work and we would get what we ordered. Other times we've had the wrong shirts ordered, the wrong color ink, and printing that doesn't show up, looks faded or not enough ink. I recently ordered 5 bowling shirts @ $50.00 each, black w/bright orange striping down sleeves and sides. Went to business to make sure to get it right, we agreed on bright orange screen print to match orange on shirt. I am very disappointed. The screen printing is dark orange and you can't hardly see it. The shirts look like crap now. I was told by person at desk, that's how light colors like I choose turns out on black. No mention of this when we agreed to color (orange). That is total BS. I know better, look around, they did it wrong again. I am picking up my screen and finding a new screen printer. One that knows how to print shirts other then white.
JMJ has great service. They are fast and easy to work with. Their shirts are of great quality and they have a great selection of shirts. As well there prices are very reasonable for the quick service and excellent quality provided. The designer I worked with is very talented and extremely knowledgeable about the business and really helped me get a good price, great design, and quality product. It was a small order for a bachelorette party and they took several ideas and combined them within 24 hours and gave me several options to choose from and gave me their opinion on what would and would not work from a design perspective. It was a great experience. Very efficient and effective and I felt that it was very easy because my request was in knowledgeable and capable hands and that took a lot of weight off my shoulders.
