I've never had a bad meal here. The margaritas are excellent, authentic and smooth, although a bit overpriced. Wait staff is usually friendly but sometimes difficult to understand through accents. Free chips and salsa which I think is homemade.
Service was BAD, waiter was trying to rush for order whereas the restaurant was empty, I went there with my friend and we've asked waiter to split the check. He charged full amount to me and when I asked, waiter said that's just a full amount bill but he has charged me half amount. I didn't pay much attention and when I looked at the credit card bill it was full amount and now they are not ready to refund the money either. Food was okay, not great , there are far better Mexican restaurants anyways Will never ever go there again!!, diners be careful and ensure you verify your bill twice. Looks like these guys make money not from food but by doing these kind of cheap tricks.
Food is decent, restaurant is well-kept, but none of it matters. This place has the worst service imaginable. The wait staff is completely uninterested in their craft and couldn't care less about the customer. I got a very cold, unwelcoming feeling every time I went in. Save yourself time and go to Azteca, where everyone is 10x friendlier, the food is as good or better (Azteca's fajitas destroy Los Agaves' fajitas). Azteca isn't quite as fancy inside, but it's a small price to pay for better food and much, much better service.
place seemed dirty, and smelled like a bathroom deodorizer. Our waiter could have cared less if we got waited on, took our credit card and never returned after 15 minutes we had to go hunt him down. He acted like it put him out no apologies.
Last visit, there was water leaking from the ceiling onto the bottles of liquor at the bar, with nothing being done about it. The place smells of something, can't quite determine what, but not a pleasant smell. Food has good intentions but tends to be a plate of runny sauces when all is said & done. The chips & salsa are good however! Lastly, the wait staff is not good....at all... They really could careless if you're there it seems.
