Let me start by saying, the staff has always been pleasant. This place is filthy. You can see the space where your order is made and the cutting board had a fungus growing on it. The seating area is trashed and all around gross. I was not comfortable drinking my drink after seeing where it was prepared.

The two women who work there aren't very pleasant. They have BOTH gotten my order wrong on more than one occasion. The dude who always wears a naruto head garment is a total dweeb but he's the nicest of the three. Bubble tea is kind of pricey and the service is pretty bad but its the only bubble tea around so you just have to deal with their bs
