Delivery has been awesome, it's really helped out when we couldn't leave the house, and the delivery folks are pretty friendly, even in the cold! I tried the buffet the other day and it was the best thing ever, the cinnamon sticks were fresh, soft, delicious and the pizza was very tasty. They don't have dessert pizza, but they make up for it with awesome cinnamon and Hershey treats. I think this has been the cleanest pizza establishment in town too. Manager was awesome too, she made a few rounds to check in with us, which lots of fun! In my years in Creston, I've always had a good experience with this pizza hut.
It wasn't so much that I hated the pizza, I was on hold for 10 min. My husband tried to call while I was on hold and he was put on hold. They need to get more help if they can't handle the calls!
Worst pizza I have ever had. This isn't even worth one star. I ordered a large stuffed crust, let me remind you it's the "new" Three Cheese and there was literally nothing new about it, just the same old stuffed crust, with ham, bacon, and pepperoni. Besides being absolutely terrible, it was so undersized. It was literally a medium sized pizza in a large box. Third, it was undercooked. I took one bite and immediately threw it away and didn't bother to call and ask them for a new one so they could spit in it. I called them the next day and told them about everything that was wrong with it. All they offered me was a credit for a free pizza. Woop-dee-doo!! Another free terrible pizza? No, thanks. The supervisor even said they had a cook that they needed to, "beat some more things into." Well I guess it's going to take a lot of beating. Stay away from this restaurant. At least pay for higher quality and go to A&G Pizza, or at least try Casey's or Pizza Ranch.
I ordered a pizza on a wednesday night at 7PM, I had to go to work at 10. when it arrived, I had to go to work. They didn't even apologize. I'm never going to order from there again.
Food: was cold and barely on the buffet... Service sucked balls... Took forever to find someone that we could pay for our meal... Not cool... Oh wait... The food was cool... As in cold... As opposed to hot..
