We were never offered a refill on our coffee. Food did not come out as ordered (hashbrowns and bacon ordered extra crispy, came out soggy and not fully cooked). Waitress never asked how food was the entire time. Watched elderly couple leave because they didn't get waited on--we should have done the same.
