We went on August 28th for Happy Hour drinks and pupu's, as well as Pizza. All were great! We had the onion rings and battered french fries. Our pizza was a meat lovers. The food was good, and the service was great. Our server kept checking in on us through out the evening. She brought our orders to us piping hot. We chatted a few minutes with the Owner. He was very nice, and he even remembered us from popping in earlier in the day to look at the menu. We would definitely recommend Pele's.
Very unpleasant; Unprofessional and lacking etiquette and could use a lesson in good manners. Have attempted numerous times to enjoy a meal, food is not exceptionally great for the unfriendly Owner. Much rather have average food with a Happy smile

Great Experience and Great Food. My family and I ate at the Garden several times between 12/26/11 and 1/6/12. The wings were a great hit, but everything was good. We found the owners to be nice, outgoing, caring and professional. In fact, the owners were a main reason we went back more than a couple times. Recommend it highly.
I had the great fortune of living on Lanai for a few months and this was a regular eating destination for my wife and I. We ordered pizza the majority of the time and it was always very good, as was anything else that we ordered. But the last time that we ate at Pele's, the owner took my credit card to run it through and he informed wouldn't swipe properly (i.e. the magnetic strip was scratched or something along those lines). When I asked "why don't you just punch in the numbers," he replied, "well I don't want to do all that. Don't you just have another card that you could put it on?" I would have thought such behavior would have been more likely to come from a server, but certainly not the owner. If we ever find ourselves lucky enough to get to Lanai again, we definitely won't be stopping at Pele's just based on their lack of respect for us as customers.
