They got my order wrong twice!!! They also didn't have anything I wanted to order. They had no chocolate milkshake, no brownie, no cookies. It's ten in the morning, you just opened, and you have nothing. You should be closed!!! You charged me for the meal, didn't give me my money back, and I left with a messed up order I'm just not going to eat. Horrible service!!!!

Overall, this is the worst zaxbys EVER. The staff is very unprofessional. Lack of customer service. And have gotten my order wrong many many times. I only go here if need be. If I had say how to correct these issues and turn this restaurant around, I would have to say get a new staff!
