You won't find anyone more knowledgeable about coffee in Valdosta than than Ellen and Tom. They offer a variety of coffees from around the world and the coffee is freshly roasted in their store as you watch. Once you drink their coffee, you won't be satisfied drinking mass market mediocre coffee.

Tom (owner) and Austin were the friendliest guys. Showed me their coffee roasting process and served up a delicious Colombian roast
