The food here is delicious beyond reason. I always get a medium rare steak it is cooked perfectly. Worth every penny I paid. The free rolls they provide are to die for as well. The lady who greets you told us they make them from scratch daily and it shows. After saying how much we loved them she gave us some to go. Love this place and the people who work there!
It's always a treat whenever we get to go to Backwoods. Most recently I took my family and my wife's family out to dinner for Father's Day. The price is very fair for a nice 12 oz rib eye ($12.95 if my memory serves correct). This comes with a rolls, a trip to the salad bar, a side, and of course the rib eye cooked to perfection! This is my go to order because it's generally very good. One night in particular it was exceptionally good and I almost ordered another right there on the spot because I had literally never had a better steak. Definitely go if you are ever given the opportunity!
I absolutely LOVE Backwoods! I went there with a friend on a Saturday night. It was packed and when we walked in, there were about 30 people in front of us in the waiting area. If this were to happen at any ordinary restaurant, there would probably be an hour long wait. Oh no, not at Backwoods! Once we walked in the door we sat down and had our drinks and dinner rolls in 10 minutes! The food is spectacular and the customer service is absolutely amazing! :)
