I went through the drive-thru and pulled right up to the window. I am a REGULAR and this never happens. I sat at the window for 15 minutes. The guy FINALLY gave me my iced latte and it was warm. He said "do u want more ice in that"? "Yes, please". I got it back, pulled away and took a sip. It was like drinking warm milk. I went back around with one car in front of me this time. I waited another 15 min while I watched them get their drink made wrong and have to get it remade. I asked for the supervisor at the window, who had an attitude, and told me it was because ALL the people in front of me have been ordering 5 or more drinks. What?? With an attitude they remade my drink(did not offer an apology at all) and it was still made wrong. I gave up...and will try to speak to the main manager (they said her name is Margo??) tomorrow. I thought it was Starbucks policy to give a free drink after 15 min?? And make sure that it was made right. I have experienced this at other stores before. They need to do something to fix this store.

They did not get my order right. After arguing with me on a plan pikes place coffee I just took what was given and will not go back. Found out management is reducing quality to show less wast by improperly substituting lower quality drinks. The facilities hygiene was applauding at best risking cross contamination in every drink.

I've always had good service here. No complaints

Very slow. Only filled my venti 2/3 full. Management needs to be fired from this store!

NO COFFEE BREWED. At all. Pretty bad.
