Got food poisoning!!! was throwing up all night from 8 to 6 in the morning! i dragged myself to the dotctor...the only thing i ate all day was longhorn for lunch and then i was sick for 2 days. i called management and all i got was mild concern...she tried playing it off like food poisoning by law or something doesnt happen within 24 hours of eating contaminated food??? unfortunately the DOCTOR that i saw about it told me that it can happen within 4-6 hours. for me it was 8. it was miserable, and by calling i thought would give the resaurant a chance to redeem themselves or strive for my repeat business, but no. i guess its no big deal. i know it happens and i would never sue someone, or whatever you can do, i just did not feel it was okay to be that sick and have to still pay for it. by the way, i had the rocky top chicken sandwich and fries with broccoli. never again.
Had a great Server! However, the kitchen took 35 minutes from time of order to the food being delivered to our table. During lunch, time is crucial. I believe the 35 minute wait is due to my steak being cooked to a crisp instead of medium rare. One of my sides was wrong and the other was not how I would have expected. This could have been a one time thing or reoccurring, however it was not pleasant.
Not only is the food great but the staff is well presented and honest. After paying for my lunch there I left my bank card there. When I missed it today I called them they had it and we dealt with it. Thank you Longhorn on Riverside Dr. in Macon.
Terrible. Over an hour wait for the food and a glass with lipstick on it that did NOT belong to me! Will NOT be going back!
Great experience! My parmesan chicken was incredible! Service was just as good!
