Make sure you check your take-out order!!! I recently visited this branch, ordered take out. The customer service was so good, I didn't even think to check my bag for everything. I got home and my order was completely wrong. I called, and spoke to the young man who originally took order, told him about the mix up and he reassured me that he would put the order error under my cell phone number. This way, next time I call in they will know exactly what happened with my previous order and be able to accommodate me. Well I called today, and to no avail, the manager nor the take-out cashier could help me reconcile my previous issue. Employees are misinformed and not trained correctly. I was later informed that I would be mailed out coupons due to my inconvenience. So yet again, I'm waiting to be reimbursed for something I had absolutely no control over.

I'll not rate my experience at this Chili's by my chosen entree, as that would taste about the same at any other Chili's. My rating is based on the overall experience. Since most of my interaction with the restaurant is centered on the server, he heavily influences what I have to say. Our server may have been new on the job, but he seemed to lack enthusiasm or concern. I asked for a relatively simple drink of Coke with grenadine. Any restaurant with a bar has grenadine for their mixed alcoholic drinks. He didn't know what it was. That's understandable and fine. I told him that they'd have it at the bar, but he still looked at me as if I was asking for Purina in my pasta. He finally just accepted it and completed taking our order. And he did actually deliver in a few minutes with the correct drink. After that, he just didn't come around much. I know that finding a balance between coming around too much and not enough is tough for a server. But the poor guy just seemed like he was stuck in the last place on earth that he wanted to be in. And don't bother with the Sante Fe quesadillas...BORING!

Good beer, steak and satisfactory service at the bar, all I need.

It's chilliz

Im a HUGE chilis fan, but this is by far the worst chilis ever. The food ALWAYS sucks-its cold, taste like leftovers, and i always seem to find a hair in the food. the service sucks-the servers always seem confused. we always have like 3 servers that act like they just got high and confused as hell. One will come take our order, then another will come take it. It's always really slow and you have to beg to get a drink refill. the servers all seem like they have bad attitudes too. the management sucks too. we came in and all the managers im guessing were standing at the host stand talking on the phone..the place was pretty empty but yet they put us on a wait list. It's not clean either. I live in loganville, but if I want chilis i now drive to the snellville location at the avenues.
