They have good food if you get what you order. They couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. Owner says this is what you get when you have minimum wage workers. He wants the patron to disassemble the order to check it before leaving. Why should I have to run quality control when it is his business. Mistakes happen. I understand that. Multiple incidents occurring to me and others around town, indicate a much bigger problem he fails to grasp. Sorry franchisee.
Burgers are fall-apart good.
The worst customer service I have ever had. The cashier and I got into a argument because I did not want the turkey burger that he suggested for me to get. He went so far as to stereotype me as being a drug dealer. To top it off the manager went along with him. What happened to good customer service where the customer is right. I am 42 years old and this dude was probably 24 years old. Man come on. I need to talk to the district manager or the owner.
