This store has a great atmosphere, and a great place to hang out! The first time I walked in the staff greeting me at the door, and helped me with all my request. They knew every answer to all my questions. They made sure I knew everything about my purchase, so I could walk out knowing I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely come back just because of the customer service! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone from beginner to advanced knowledge of vaporizers!
Best ecig store around here... I could have stayed there for hours just tasting all their eliquid flavors. I love that they have mechanical mod kits starting at $39.99.... it makes it much less intimidating for a beginner. The staff was super helpful and inviting.... and they didn't make me feel like a newbie. Thanks Platinum!
Loved this place, i knew NOTHING about vape juices when i came in, went in looking for a gift for someone, Terrance was super helpful, especially since they have a gigantic selection. He talked to me and helped me figure what exactly i was looking for. Showed me most popular brands and flavors, took time to explain what they were going to taste like. Staff knows their stuff and such great customer service. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone and anyone.
i absolutely love coming to Platinum. they have the largest selection of ecigs and intermediate to advanced mods and rdas ive ever seen in the southeast. the staff is very knowledgeable and the customer service is amazing. i recommend platinum to anybody i run into.
i love love love this place. My husband and i are in there 3-5 times a week weather it be to buy something or just relax. our first visit was great we went in looking for juices for me as i am picky we were not rushed and got to sample all the juices they had to sample til we found the right one for me. we went back in maybe a week later to get me a better battery as the one i had was just a starter. we ended up leaving with 2 vapors one for myself and the other for my husband. the staff is great and very helpful. we are regulars during the day and will be back very soon
