Machines broken and they can only offer cold drinks, however, I had to wait in line to find that out.
I'm at Fort Stewart just for 2 weeks (TDY). I go in the morning between 0700 and 0730 and haven't had any issues with quality, waiting or service. I did go once in the afternoon and the service was real slow. The "barista" even stopped to talk to a friend for a few minutes. Everyone waiting for their drink seemed irritated by the wait (including me). If you go, go in the morning! Way to go morning crew!
I think they are great. They are always busy and have to deal with demanding people to say the least. customer service can be a rewarding job but it can also make you really dislike people. Keep doing your thing Starbucks at Stewart, you rock.
I worked at starbuck many years ago and would never treat my customers like this rude staff and they don't know how to make the drinks correctly wish there was another one in hinesville ga
I actually work there ... I am sorry for the ones which had a bad visit to Starbucks on Stewart. I know some of the workers arent always very nice, but I truly do everything in my power to make every customer happy. @Unhappy: I am not sure what you are referring to, but we do have inspections and can only do so much. We are (atleast on my shifts) always on top of it as much as we can. I hope your next visit will be better.
