This place is GREAT for a local place where the choices are limited. First start with the service - we came in on the tail-end of dinner and there was only two tables available, so I am sure server was quite busy. We were seated by someone acting as a hostess from behind the bar. We waited about 15 minutes before the hostess again acknowledged us and asked if we have been contacted by the server. Another 5 minutes went by and the server finally slowed down to give us menus. She seemed a little frustrated that we were there. She told us the wings were 1/2 priced so we ordered a dozen. They are truly the smallest chicken wings I have ever seen. They were cheap because they were baby-chick-wings. Oh well, live and learn. We ordered a couple of entrees. The salmon and the fish tacos. Plus a side of cheese grits. I must say, the grits were awesome. Fish taco's were really good, and the salmon was average. I think the place is over-priced for being a hole in the wall located in Eatonton. Nothing special, except it is nearly the only sit-down restaurant in town.

The food is incredible. The chef is amazing and also comes out to greet people as well which I think is a good thing. They have live music there a good bit and it is always quality. Get the fish tacos!

Very nice!

My brothers and i go.here whenever we can. The food is amazing and the staff is awesome. The atmosphere really does take you out of eatonton and to a great little place on the beach somewhere. The smoked gouda and ck quesidilla is the best!!! Would and have recomended it to everyone!!

Yeah, I liked it. They're going for a Key West-Island theme in a country Georgia town. There's a laid-back vibe, cold beer (including $2 PBR tall boys) with a menu of fried shrimp, jerk and blackened choices, shrimp & grits, and mahi-mahi. I had the crab cakes which were tasty and came with "Savannah Red Rice" (basically a tomato rice with occasional bits of andouille), corn nibblets, and green beans. Service was especially friendly and any mistakes in our order were quickly corrected if made. Honestly, you aren't going to enjoy your visit if you're so uptight it all has to be perfect. I'm thinking this coincides with the island theme. And it's Eatonton: a nice town, but not necessarily a foodie hot-bed. So, yeah, 4 stars. If you're passing through - as my family often does - then this is a perfectly acceptable choice with a nice variety of items for grown-ups and kids. I was there on a Thursday evening and it was packed. The fact that it was packed on a weeknight with locals tells me that when in Eatonton, if I need a bite, I'll go here.
