The store is clean and comfortable. The people were well informed and helpful. My 65 year old mother has been a smoker for over 40 years. She came in, relaxed and sat aroudn the tasting station trying different flavors... She decided upon a bottle of House USA that tasted most like a cigarrette. The starter kit had everything she needed. The guy behind the counter answered so many questions. The devices has been working well for weeks. Charging and refilling.. and when questions arise, they answered them. There was an light that came on about the "atomizer" and the hiccup was easily explained. With a simple qtip/toothpick, the hiccup was solved and a solid connection made to the battery again. "VAPING FOR DUMMIES" who want to quit smoking! Good bye ash tray and Marlboro packages.
