LongHorn Steakhouse
Reviews
Came for lunch. I expected it to be pricey but even more so for lunch. Two adults and one child $50 and that was with only one alcoholic beverage and no appetizer. Service was not good considering how much we were spending. Brought bread without bread plates so you had no choice but to dirty up your napkin with the butter knife. Server did a poor job of checking on us throughout the meal.
This place CANNOT get it right. I have been several times, trying both dining in and ordering to go. Each time I call an order in ahead, it takes them 30-60 minutes to prepare it and it's usually a soup and salad. They always overcook the steak and the overall quality of the food is poor relative to other Longhorn locations. The servers/bartenders are slow and unattentive. The last time I visited before today, I waited 1.5 hours at non-peak lunch time for a soup and salad combo. About halfway through my wait, they notified me that they were out of the soup I had ordered. Not sure how it took so long for them to notice that. I have continued to try them because they are local, however, I think I give up. I won't return.
have had dinner here with my husband for the first time the food was good and because the bartender knew my husband from the many times he stops in when on the road they know just what he wanted.....nice people.
The service here is TERRIBLE! We came for lunch...and were here for over an hour and a half. The server (Jeremy) didn't refill drinks or clear dishes from the table. The food was good, the steak a little better than some places, but also more expensive.
Every thing was great and the Waite was minimumal. Service was excellent.
