My wife is Californian and I have worked daily around Latin Americans, to include Mexicans for the last decade plus. This restaurant has the best Mexican food either one of us has ever had. Authenticity and without skimping on portions. An example: Most other restaurants will make a chili poblano with half a chili, meat and a thick, almost too rich cheese sauce on the top. Los Aztecas serves up an entire, large poblano with just the right amount of delicious ground beef, dipped in egg, fried and then topped with a delicious sauce that is perfectly balanced. You actually want to lick the remainders of the sauce off the plate when you're done nom noming the succulent poblano. That's my favorite, but the other menu items are also to die for to include their vegetarian fajitas. The owners are friendly and service is great!! Enjoy!!!
Great Mexican in the little town of Buena Vista. I eat here at least once a week!
Good food but you just don't get a whole lot
