my friend went there and he said the service was horrible. he is handicapped and they were so disrespectful towards him. the waiters were rude, they were vulgar. they don't have a handicapped stall. bad maintenance.

I am visiting in the Bainbridge, Ga area for a couple of months and decided to visit one of my favorite Sport's Bars-Beef O Brady's. Usually when I am comfortable with an establishment, I am a frequent customer. I was surprised to find that Bainbridge had such a restaurant because I absolutely adore the environment. The staff is nice and friendly. However, I visited the restaurant on Thursday, June 12, 2013, and encountered a manager named Chuck. Immediately upon entering, he dishearteningly greeted me. After sitting us down, he disappeared. After a short while, I got up to find him to get our order in. He was watching t.v. at the bar and so i told him I was ready to order. He looked at me and said I'm not taking your order. So he walked towards the kitchen and said "Hey" really loud and came back out and said what you want like I was bothering him. I gave him my order and he snapped at the guys working in the kitchen for NO REASON AT ALL while giving my order. A waitress walked up and she walked back out like she was afraid. Everyone was working and walking with their heads down like he was some kind of Human Slavery Commander. Later, a nice young lady named Chasity brought our food to the table and she seemed so terrified. She came back later to check on us. A couple of the workers were all walking around like in fear of their lives and I sit and think WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN THIS PLACE? I asked her for the number to the corporate office and she asked me was it something wrong with the food. I told her its something wrong with the whole environment and customer service. She was so terrified she wouldn't give me the number to corporate. I thought she must be afraid of this Monster. I ate some and boxed the rest and got out of there. He stood with a blank look like he was either on some bad drugs or one of most hateful people I've encountered in a very long time. I get the distinct feeling that this Chuck fellow has been doing this for a long time and nobody is doing anything about. This is truly a sad occurrence and I would think that this company surely would have much finer people for managers other than this disgusting individual. I am not here to gain anything only the freedom and rights of the workers that must endure this inhumane treatment. I am embarrassed to say the least that such a human even exist.

Good atmosphere but the food isn't that great and poor service. A long wait for food after placing order. Waited 45 minutes one my lunch break and had to wind up getting it to go because I had to get back to work. Not worth the effort going there.

Management recently changed, hopefully bigger and better things will be happening here.

Food and services was great.
