I love the weekend brunch menu. The waffle, garlic grits, and maple bacon will put you in a food coma. The wait is horrible, but if you get there around 2 p.m. You will have a better chance finding quick seats. One of my favorite brunch spots in the city.
There's not likely more to say than those that have come before me but just, yum ! Great spot though I have to admit I avoid it on weekends because of the crazy crowds. Given that I work from home now, it's a great spot for me to head to on a weekday afternoon to get some work done. The vanilla, honey latte is my go to drink to compliment a fluffy, delicious omelette. Lots to love about this place.
Excellent counter service. I know the wait can be really long at West Egg, but I was able to snag a seat at the counter in no time. To start, the bartender/barista, Benjamin made a superb cappiccino, then helped me decide on my delicious breakfast, Salmon spread special, and topped it all off with a delightfully refreshing coctail. All on point with ease and comfort, I really enjoyed my experience.
This is by far the best restaurant I’ve ever ate at. The food was amazing. I got a caramel apple pie cider to drink (so yummy), an Omelette (big and fresh tasting) and fried green tomatoes (came with 3 slices). My sister got the Blue plate and the honey vanilla latte and loved it as well. I highly recommend this restaurant spot. The wait was around 30 minutes, but it was so worth it. The service was awesome also! Must try if you're in Atlanta, especially if you’re downtown. It’s about 2-3 miles from all the major hotels downtown
Salmon cake eggs benedict was unbelievable. So good and perhaps my favorite single breakfast food I've ever had. The wait was long (we had a party of 6)... We were quoted 25 minutes but waited about an hour. Somewhat annoying, but it was a nice morning and it was nice catching up with friends. Other than that, great place and really good food!
