An hour after we sat and ordered, our food arrived. My steak was served almost cold. My brother found hair in his as soon as he got it. They forgot everyones salad. Bad day after church. The server apologized but while she walked she tried dodging us because even she knew it had been far too long since she last seen us and our food was still not done. Actually, received our checks before the food. we thought if we pay sooner, we wouldn't have to wait another 30 minutes just to sit and wait to obtain them.
We had a really great experience at this Chili's. We were there at 3pm on a Wednesday. The service was fast and friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Chili's has definitely improved their service and menu.
Always good food and services. Also never a wait for food
One of my favorite restaurant in S. Cloud. Spice food the way I like it. The waiters Charlotte and Rebecca always do their best to our staying.
If you ever want to wait over an hour to get food, and then have the worst stomach ache of your life, then this poor excuse of a restaurant is for you!
