Walked in and up to counter. Greated with "what do you need". I ASKED if they had a specific drink and instead of giving an answer, it was "what size?" To which I said so I guess you have it as I asked right? And I recived a very rude "yes, what size". The drink was great, to bad she ruined the tip for everyone else. I will not be back to this location.
Customers are not treated as they should be. Employees invite friends in and are extremely slow. Do not care about customers needs. I have been going to Starbucks for years and never been treated like this. I make a far drive to go to downtown st.pete location where you are treated exceptionally well. You can plan in waiting 20 to 30 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of you.
Saw a sign outside with ever tisement I pulled up to see what time they open up a girl ran up to the front door and dead bolted the lock never even asked me what I needed all I wanted to know is if they were open or not I understand security purposes they don't open the door for everyone early in the morning but she could have set something through the glass instead they just came out with 2 chairs walked across the parking lot and they're sitting in the parking lot with a couple of chairs chatting back and forth with each other must be boyfriend and girlfriend.. I guess no more small town charm here.. Be nice to get an Einsteins Bagel in this area, never heard any bad on them...
It's really sad that this location conducts business in such a poor manner. Yesterday I waited 20 minutes in a drive-thru with no other cars for one cup of coffee because they were poorly staffed. Today which is 2/12/14 they sold me a dozen cake cops that were packaged for sale 12/23/13 with a 2-day shelf life. Had me sick all morning and called corporate which basically they gave me my money back plus $4 for the inconvenience on my app. I tried contacting the store directly but gave up after letting the phone ring for an hour with no answer. I'll be taking my coffee addiction to my kitchen coffee maker from now on. It's insane to pay what they charge and get less than mediocre service.
