Decided to have an outing with some friends. We waited 30 minutes for appetizers. The chips were stale, so we waited another 15 minutes for chips. By that time, the dip was cold. Asked for manager because service was horrible and waiting was ridiculous. Manager decided to give us a round of drinks from the bar. We were under the impression the drinks were free until we got our bill. Will NEVER go back to this restaurant.
This is the worst location that I have visited in the chain. Nobody to seat you whe I was there (Sat afternoon!), apathy of the staff, no attendance by the gay wait staff, music (mostly black) tuned up so loud that you can't hold a conversation with others at the table. The management needs changing and a visit from corporate.
Place was horrible,service was horrible, then I saw a roach. The end
COLD! Bring a jacket. If you can't stand the smell of musty & mildewed air then do not sit by the kitchen. Other than that, it is about par when comparing service and quality of food.
Also a great place to take your kids on Friday's! My kids loved it!
