I decided to take my wife here for Valentines day which was a huge mistake. The menu has no variety and 3 people around us were complaining. My wife got a ribeye steak which was $20+, it was the worst streak we have ever tasted. She asked for medium and it looked medium RAW. She also got the macaroni as her side and it looked old and didn't taste good at all. She literally ate two bites of everything and we were never asked if we liked the food or not and we hate complaining. Biggest waste of 60+ dinner we have ever had. Luckily my strip steak tasted okay and my salad was good.

I placed a to go order tonight at 6:30pm via telephone. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 6:50. 15 minutes later I was still waiting. I asked the gentlemen bartender (whom I'd already paid for the order) if he would please check on my order. He came back and told me that it was being boxed up. 7:15 sill no food. I asked the female bartender (Natalie) if she would please check. She apologized and advised that a mistake had been made and that my order was being made right. Next, out comes the manager (Amy). She offered an apology for the mistake as well as a full refund. She advised that it would be another 5 minutes. Natalie offered a drink while I waited. 1 hour after placing the order, I received it. While I wasn't happy about the wait, I do very appreciate the great demonstration of leading by example (Amy) who took ownership of the mistake and made it right. I also very much appreciate Natalie's example of excellent customer service. Even though she had no part in the prep staff's mistake, she followed up and followed through rather than just leaving me hanging. I frequent this restaurant quite often for take out as well as dining in. I've never had to wait this long for food before. For the actions of these two ladies to make a bad situation better, I'm giving my experience tonight a 3.5.

Pretty expensive for as bad as my food was. $25 for a steak that was 75% fat and flavorless with a handful of fries on the side. waiter was nice though.

Was there on may30 service was just okay .we had a party of 12 one of the people in my party was served 10 to 15 minutes before everyone else 2 people have to return steaks because they were either wrong or the other one was cooking very burnt the only thing that made it um tolerable was the manager he was very nice and accommodating his name was Deion

Always the best service and the food is amazing and consistent.
