Awful! This evening we waiting 1.5 hrs to get seated and never did get a table. We are locals and we will never come back again. We will tell all of the 60 people that we work with here in Crystal River about our awful experience. When we asked one one waitress to seat us, she rudely answered, "What, do you want me to lose my job?" Assistant manager and head hostess were no help at all. Finally we just left and went home to cook dinner.
The waitress had to have the management split the bill and could NOT comprehend that I wanted my appetizer with my dinner. First time I never left a tip. Good Bison burger. This meal took 2 hours.
4 visits in last 4 years: Fried, Fried, Fried. Great, Great, Great!!! Well trained staff especially for such a large dinning environment.
Not sure what restaurant the others who didn't like it actually ate at, but our experience couldn't have been better. We tied up at their dock and sat out in the tiki hut and had the best swordfish sandwich I've ever had. My wife and I shared the meal, with french fries and cole slaw, and were very pleased with both the flavor and the portion size. I'll go back, and sooner than later!
We stopped in for lunch and completely enjoyed our fish and chips and a burger. Nice view of the water and friendly staff. Would definitely come back.
