My wife and I love DD but the one here in Alachua is really sub par. Going through the drive through is a game of chance. Most of the time we don't get what we ordered, they leave items off the order and they give us the wrong items. They are also extremely inconsistent with how they make the food and drinks. One day its great and the next it sucks. We do continue to go there despite the short comings but now its a game to us to see if we can get our order right the first time. We have had several friends tall us of similar experiences after having vented our frustrations to them. On a positive note, going inside we always get great service and accurate orders. The team members are very nice and helpful. We will continue to go to this DD because when its right, its really good.
It's Tuesday night and we followed the info on the site which says the closing time is 11pm. When we drove up, the recording said, "sorry, but we are closed." Needless, to say it was only 10:15 pm!! #disappointed #false advertising
