On May 8, 2014 at around 6:00 my husband picked me up a cheese steak from this Capriotti's and it was the absolute best thing I have ever tasted in my whole life. That cheese steak was impeccable, the bread was soft, it was juicy, the cheese steak was so delicious I didn't even want to eat it all and I went back the next day for another.
I love their Turkey Sub. It is probably the best I've ever had, but I have stopped ordering there due to the consistently poor customer service I've received when calling ahead my order. More often than not, they either did not pick up or they put me on perpetual hold and did not return.
Absolutely fantastic sandwiches and great vegetarian options.
Part of a national chain, but you'd never know it by walking in. Staff is friendly, food is excellent; make this a regular stop!
Capriotti's subs are incredible! Even the bread is great. My favorite is the Italian with just a little hot pepper. They are also known for the Bobbie-turkey meat (real meat, not sliced turkey lunchmeat), stuffing, and cranberry sauce. When I moved out of Delaware for a few years, one of the things I missed the most were the subs from Capriotti's! The service is not exceptionally friendly, but they really don't have to be. The food is that good.
