Was having a cup of coffee when the owner started cursing at a nice girl for not ordering anything. She said she would and apologized but he did not give her a chance. How sad. He then kicked her out of the store. And...to think I went there to relax. Very bad move. I will not be going back here. I feel sorry for that girl. I don't think she deserved to be treated in such a manner. He should apologize to her if he gets the opportunity.
normally a good place for me and my wife to come, relax and enjoy a bite to eat. reminds us of Burlington in our college days. however i saw the owner today chase a young girl out of the store and curse at her. asked a fellow customer what had happened and apparently she had been sitting there for too long without ordering something. the customer said the girl had been apologetic when the owner asked her to buy something and said she would and like the review below said, she was not given the chance and was essentially chased out of the store. very sad considering i always thought highly of this place. i do not know the full situation but i am pretty sure it did not call for a sixteen year old to be humiliated and called a "bitch". will not be returning. EVER
I loved Las Vetas Lounge! I Thought that their homemade blueberry muffin was great, the hot chocolate was delicious and I loved how cool it is like the style and everything. And, they even put whipped cream and marshmallows in my hot chocolate! It was great! It's a really unique place and I walk past the starbucks( which is closer) so I can go to Las Vetas lounge. I also loved how nice the staff was and the service was pretty snappy
The best! Great coffee & other drinks, great food, great service! A home away from home.
Always warm and friendly. The restroom is filthy though.
