Worst socalled mexican slop I've ever put in my mouth...its time for a change for the better....how would everyone in walsenburg feel about a new awesome real mexican place.....sound off let me know
This place has been in business since 1955....yep servin up sub par mexican food is a Corrines tradition. The food is tasteless, hastily thrown together, and i swear to u not even my very hungry lab would look twice at it. Sarah owns the joint. Next time u dare to stop on, ask for her and inform her shes living in a fools paradise...PLEASE!!!
I was excited to find Mexican food in a small town like Walsenburg but I was sorely disappointed upon arriving. When we walked in, we were the only people there. The waitress forced us to sit under the freezing A/C which was so loud my grandparents couldn't hear a thing the entire meal and she refused to let us sit farther from it (I don't know why). The cook was watching TV when we came in and screamed at the owner when she told him to go cook food. We ordered anyways but the food tasted and looked like it had been cooked hours ago and reheated. I was sick for hours that night. On top of everything else, they charged us for an extra meal. This place is awful.
Not bad. Not exceptional though. For the price it is not a bad place to get some mexican food. Ate here with some friends the day before some hiking, nobody suffered any ill effects afterwards...we all agree this place is above average. People here are great though and friendly, fast.
