When I called due to illness to cancel a reservation, rather than be sympathetic or appreciative, I got a lot of attitude from the woman on the phone. I won't try again. I'd rather dine with friendly and compassionate people.
Fantastic atmosphere, staff, and food!
This is a small place out away from everything, and in my opinion worth every second of the trip. Really interesting menu, with options for both normal and adventurous eaters. Nice wine list too, and very friendly staff. Like I said, its small, so during busy nights or seasons I'd suggest a reservation. Been there twice, and had a great experience both times.
The funky exterior is just the beginning of the experience. On the opposite side of the coin the toilet rooms are gorgeous..modern and immaculate. The food is imaginative and beautifully prepared. Portions are generous. Favorites are the grilled "Caesar" salad, antelope sliders and frog legs and beef cheeks....but, wait! They don't have frog legs or beef cheeks on the menu at the moment. Hope they will come back, but one of the best things about the place is that the menu changes frequently enough to keep us repeat customers happy with a new taste experience every time.
