In the last few years, this restauraunt has gone downhill. Most of the food appears frozen, not fresh. The menu changes almost never, though sometimes they have weekly specials which they always seem to sell out of. The wait staff is hit or miss. Last weekend our server was rude to us and others coming on the door because we were coming in for Brunch near 11 am, which (now I know) is the end of Brunch. Often mediocre customer service and minimal attendance to our needs. There is just a feeling that your patronage is an inconvenience to them. To be fair, sometimes we get lucky with a good server. My most recent complaint is the new sign at the front door. The first thing you should see when you walk in a restauraunt is a smiling face welcoming you to a table. Currently, there is a large sign abruptly informing customers NOT to push tables together, and that large parties WILL be seated apart. (Not exact wording but this is the tone and content). Seriously? You really can't inconvenience your servers for 30 seconds to push a few tables together for a large family or group of friends who are choosing to spend their money in your establishment. Clearly they don't want business that bad. And seriously, this sign is just rude and unwelcoming. Pros, sometimes they have music, which is nice. Beer and wine is fresh amd cold, and the atmosphere is charming and clean. Except, we usually leave with a gut ache and a vague sense of disappointment.

Service sucked couldn't even get a fork or napkin until i got up and got it my self try eating coleslaw with out it ha ha fries were burnt had a fish sandwich more bread than fish overall experience this place sucks don't throw your hard earned dollars there you will be greatly disappointed also when my napkin fell on the floor i bent down to pick it up guess what i saw scurring across the floor...... a roach yuck my experience ended perfect.

I just have to say that ever since the old owners left the cafe has really gone downhill in their food, serving time and most importantly customer service. I've tried to go repeatedly but can't seem to handle the rude atmosphere, waiting 45 min for my food (which isn't even that good) and than great, there just went $15-20. I would suggest not wasting your time when you can go to inaris or even grab a slice at diorios
