This location was VERY hard to find from the freeway, no signs to follow. I've been a weekly customer since 05 and a partner for a couple years, this was the worst Starbucks experience I've had in a long time.

I agree the coffee is good and strong, but the store itself is consistently understaffed and there is no self-serve station for those of us who just like to fill up our mug with straight coffee. They've probably lost 100 bucks over the last year or so from me, so I'm sure they're not sweating it, but I can't be the only one who sighs in exasperation at the line because only one person is working and the walks out the door. Good coffee, friendly people, poorly managed.
