I routinely go there for food at least 3 - 4 times a week. Went there for breakfast on Saturday and all 4 combos were littered with mistakes.... (i.e. putting things in that we asked for them to take out, leaving things out that we asked them to put in, no ketchup, no straws, no napkins, forgot two of the orders of tots, food quality was not there, and out of the 3 cokes and 1 unsweetened green tea we got 1 flat coke, 2 diet cokes, and a sweetened tea that was not a green tea. Called the manager after I got home and was told to come by to have this taken care of. Came around lunch time same day and was told manager was not available and they took my receipt and wrote down my name and number on the back to give to the manager. Waited 24 hours and no call back. So I called the store. Was told store manager was not in and the existing managers could not do anything about it. I had to wait until store manager was back on Monday for a resolution. Needless to say we will likely not go back at all.
Notorious for forgetting things in your order. This has happened so often that I routinely check the bag before leaving.
Great food, just what you would expect from a sonic. Service was normal, wasn't fast but wasn't slow. Don't go at night though, the food is dry.
Manager is very rude and does not understand customer service. He should not be in this position.
Hambergers are crunchy. Meat is not supposed to crunch.
