Checked my coat at the coat check, paid for the service when I went to get my coat at the end of the night my coat was gone. No compensation was offered and staff was rude, had to go coatless in cold colorado. Lousy business practices!! Tried to contact management/owner by phone/in person/email but no answers ever received. Bring nothing you value to this club, they will screw you over!
This place is a joke of bar - Poor Service, Moldy Cigars, Lousy Drinks...Avoid like the plague!
They suck!!; they make you pay 7.50 for a small plastic cup. They are so cheep they can't even give you a real glass!!
Moved here a couple of months ago, and the first time I came here I had to stick around until 2:00 because somebody stole the contents of my jacket and hid it in a corner of the bar. I stayed around until everyone left and eventually found it. Last night I went again, and while I was dancing with a friend somebody stole my jacket out of a pile of other jackets. Stuck around again, but wasn't ever able to find it. The bar is awful, service is terrible, drink prices are ridiculous compared to other places in Breck. Stay away from this bar.
Me and my friends went to Cecilias last Saturday and one of the girls at the bar was having problems running my card and I ended up paying cash I check my account right away from my phone and I saw a 50.00 charge so I told them and they said they were going to cancel the transaction. Today is Tuesday and I called the place and told me to call back tomorrow since the manager wasnt there. I am not giving them a bad review YET if they can fix the problem. But I will call tomorrow and see if they can fix the issue.
