I belong to a dance group that was going down there regularly to stop in and eat a cheeseburger, which we considered one of the best in Northeastern Colorado. The restaurant has changed hands, and changed their burgers and NOT FOR THE BETTER! The beef was bland to start with and the patties were big, thick things that were too pink in the middle. To add insult to injury, the meat was seasoned with something quite hot.We asked the waitress about it and she said the cook had done some magic to the burgers to make them better. Everyone at our big table agreed this was NOT AN IMPROVEMENT! Go back to how it used to be--thinner patties, well done, good meat, no hot spice. We won't be back to eat a burger...maybe something else will be better...if your burger business slacks off, you'll know others think what I'm writing.
