Wish I hadn't eaten before I came. The food looks good. The chamomile tea is very good. I'll take this over Starbucks any day.
I try to make a weekly visit to Ma Rouge because it's always worth the effort. Simply a great coffee experience where a community and love vibe permeate from its staff and the organic food feeds your body and mind. Always plenty of space and eclectic tunes fill the air making it a really comfortable place to enjoy coffee with friend or all alone playing #tumblr on their free wiFi. AND they make the perf x.dry cappuccino!
The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. I love the big windows and crumbling walls. The food is good if a bit overpriced. There is open space, plenty of tables, and its never too busy, but it closes too early to be a study or hangout place. They have lost a lot of business from me to Starbucks simply because they close at 6pm. A great place to spend a Sunday reading or writing.
The americano was very smooth. They even provided me with brown sugar which gives the coffee a delicious smokey flavor. If you want good coffee skip Starbucks and come here.
Love this place......bring my out of town friends here and they just dig it....adds class to Yucca....gave them my special order and they memorized it...they dig creativity.... what's really cool is they are just down the street....rock on you !!!!
