This place is top shelf. My wife and I split the fried chicken sandwich - it was so perfect! Tasty chicken, breading, cole slaw, pepperjack, and fried egg - fantastic! I could have done without the chips - they were a bit overcooked...but they seemed freshly made. Oh well. Better not to eat chips anyway. They had a good selection of beers on tap, and the service was great. We couldn't have asked for anything else. Go here for your next lunch/dinner, you won't be disappointed.

I've enjoyed many great meals at Preserve Public House. Their unique pizza's are delicious. The Salami Grinder has artichoke hearts and other ingredients that provide a flavor profile I can't even put words to. My latest discover is the fried chicken sandwich . . . . slaw, jalapenos . . even a fried egg . . . and even though the egg threw me off at first, the flavors combined make for a mouth watering delight. Can't wait for my next visit. I highly recommend Preserve Public House!!

Found this place on a whim after a hike. It was so delicious we were tempted to order seconds. We had the grilled cheese, olive platter, jalapeño jelly plate and tostados. My daughter will be back with friends from UC-Davis. I would have given them 5 stars but the bartendress wasn't attentive enough to our needs to notice she could have sold us another signature drink.

The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and the service was great. The price was decent for a night out with the wife. Customer age ranged from 21 to 50's and it didn't seem out of the ordinary. This place is a definitely must try at least once. We will be back of sure.

Great sandwiches in a hip rustic decor. Appetizers are inventive and tasty. I went here fore the first time today and was very pleased with the setting, it's not too dim but not bright, there are rustic wood accents with steel and leather. I ordered the Mr. Rueben which comes on a thick rye with a creamy russian dressing, thick corned beef, cabbage (not sauerkraut) and swiss. The flavor profile was highly savory and the whole sandwich was delicious. Each sandwich comes with homemade thick cut chips and a small gherkin like pickle, also homemade. My wife had the BBQ Beef Brisket which she couldn't get enough of. It came on a roll with their homemade bbq sauce which is savory and sweet with a smokiness that really knocks the flavor out of the park. My son and sister had the Meatball Melt and each gobbled up as much as they could (it's big). The meatballs are juicy and well seasoned and the tomato sauce is a tad bit spicy, but very nicely so. Service was good, the waiter was knowledgable about the drafts they had on tap and wasn't obtrusive but checked in a couple times. I will be back.
