Overall Cairo's is struggling with wanting to maintain its reputation as the best eats in Williams. It's crossing into out dated rather than being a legacy.
Be sure to be white when you walk in here, this place is extremely racist.
The best garlic bread ever
Only place I can think of where you see people dressed nicely up at one table and others in full bird hunting regalia at another. The food is excellent and if you love garlic, you will love Louis Cairo's. Get the Louis garlic bread and make it double if you dare. Very nice wine selection. Friendly wait staff, you feel like family.
We really enjoyed our dinner. The spagetti sauce was very yummy and the chicken special with gorgonzola was rich and well paired with a Husch Pinot Noir red wine. Bottle of wine and two dinners with antipasti salad and two soups $80. Outstanding.
