One of the better restaurants in Walnut Creek. I love their breadsticks and hummus/marinara - a great alternative to bread (at times). Their fried ravioli is delicious. I normally go there for lunch and it's a bit above average price wise but given it's also a bit more upscale it evens out. Service has always been good and I've been pleased with every meal there.
Great happy hour 3-6pm with high quality food (particularly liked the scallops) and $3 beers/$5 wines. Great service and fun vibe
Atmosphere nice if you're looking to have a few drinks and hang out a while. Food was descent but overpriced. The service was very slow, took a *long* time to get our food. Definitely not kid friendly, will not come again.
Wow! first time eating here and it's a lot to charge for a meal when you get average food and nothing else. We went there on a Monday late and were one of maybe 4 parties there. We had to get up to ask for our waiter to come take our order. He delivered the one bottled water without a glass, never even offered us dessert. And $30+ for entrees, it would have been great to get some bread with the meal to pair with a good sauce that came with the fish. When I did ask for some, the waiter at first said they didn't have any. He then changed it to "we have bread upon request". So after "requesting it" it was delivered after I finished my meal. It got dark and there were no candles to even light the outdoor table. We couldn't tell what we were eating. For that kind of price, either knock my socks off with the food, or compensate with good service and a little decoration to spruce up the plain tables.
nice place.
