Food was decent, service was VERY GOOD. The menus (food and drink/dessert) were ridiculously dirty, food stains, drink stains, and God knows what worst. After noticing these dirty items, I noticed the floors were also disgusting, the cushion to our booth was loose, under the cushion I noticed rolls of cash register paper, forks, knifes with several layers of dust. What else is dirty? what else did my food touch that hasn't been cleaned? This is terrible hygiene for a chain restaurant. Perhaps that is the problem, such large company does not care about how clean they are.
Arrived 7pm Friday evening. waited 20 minutes to be seated and another 10 minutes for a server. Then waited 1 hour for a hamburger and a salad !? The 'new' Potato Skins are bad. The first batch was cold - we sent them back and got charged for 2 orders!? Don't go here they are not a service orientated place to eat. Burger was good but fries were cold. Noticed servers bussing tables. They look under staffed and over priced. Never again.
Our server was Aaron she was great..but the food was fair. I had a Jack Daniels burger. It was good but the fries were cold and salty. I had a mojito Bacardi Rum the bartender loaded it with mint leaves. I had to take them all out to enjoy my drink. They're famous Oreo ice cream desert was soft like it been free frozen. There was no front door service in fact we had to set ourselves down. then a server ask ve been help. this place has no management that is mature enough to operate this business. It seems like a teenage bar. Not going to come back anytime soon
Second time I've been here with a large group and I'm the last to arrive... Service is non-existent! Wait staff doesn't even acknowledge that I'm even here? No drink, no food, no service... this establishment sucks!! Had to rate everything to leave a review... the food is poor cause I was never asked if I needed anything...
I'm a long time customer of TGIF Temecula. After my visit on Wednesday that all came to an end... They no longer offer wheat buns, food was served on a flat "board" and the music was LOUD Rapp or Hip Hop. I used to enjoy my lunches...
