Hotel rooms were decent, nice and comfortable. No refrigerator or microwave, though. The restaurant was way too slow with their service.
Nice accomodations, clean rooms and it sure is great to have a coffee bar in the lobby! FYI Thought that the cooler in the room wasn't able to keep up with the July heat very well so I sweat it out a bit in the room until I took off the thermostat cover and was able to move the dial all the way to the cool setting. After that it kicked in and I was cool within a few minutes! The convenient store and gas station right outside was clean and "convenient" for a late night snack run. :) I've stayed in most of the places in Susanville over the years, and this was far and away the best in town.
The room was great, very nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for 3 nights. The price was good. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The view from the room was beautiful. I took some great pictures from our room. It was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend the hotel.
Heater leaves you very dry in the morning only complaint. Check in was quick, phone operator was friendly and informative, room clean and quiet as requested, parking is easy and we have enjoyed our stay thus far.
Awesome breakfast as usual. Terri is always happy with a smile on her face. Check out the new Black Angus steaks, new to the menu!
