Just ordered and they got our order wrong. The ice coffee was not sweetened like we asked and my venti caramel macchiato was not stirred like I ordered. It was even printed on my cup! At the window when I said I asked for it stirred, the window attendant just gave me coffee stirrer and gave me a blank look. I was like, "Wow." Never going there again. And I have a Starbucks rewards card.
Did you guys overcharged CHP ofiicer that he's writing citations outside your shop?

Employees were really friendly, but the assistant manager can be a little more discreet instructing fellow collegues to do certain tasks...being less authorative in front of customers.
I would travel a long distance for his place. The employees are like family.
