Hazlenut Macchiato is the BESTTTT! Iced of course :)
I walked in and the angry male employee behind the counter barely asked me what I wanted. Even after I put a dollar tip in the jar he still barely made eye contact! I ordered a tall iced white mocha with an add shot. The even more angry barista (male) made me a skinny iced mocha latte. When I told him this is not what I ordered he said something to the man that took my order and muttered to himself then relunctently made the correct drink without ever makin eye contact. Never once did they say anything pleasant. I mentioned to the Barista that he really needed to improve his people skills and he turned his back to me. I have never received such bad service at any Starbucks.
I always feel welcomed walking into this Starbucks because of the excellent staff & service. Wonderful experience, the employees are terrific.
