I relly like tocotusday
This place was awesome i went about 2 months ago
We weren't expecting much from a small town pizza place but it was even worse than I anticipated. First, they need a serious brush-up on food safety. While we were waiting for our pizza, one of the employees walked outside and then came back and used one of the hand towel to brush dirt off his clothes and boots. And then set the dirty towel on the sandwich prep area. Then the other employee was cooking a burger, answered the phone, and then went back to cooking without washing her hands. Yep, raw meat, phone, more food, no washing. On top of that the whole place needs a thorough scrubbing. Second, they overcharged for our pizza. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with one veggie on half and two other veggies on the other half. We expected to pay for a three topping pizza but the bill was much higher and she explained that each topping on each half counted as one topping (pepperoni, veggie 1, pepperoni again, veggie 2, veggie 3.) Total rip off. Third, the restaurant is connected to the bar so if you're there on a Friday night, expect to listen to the obnoxious bar crowd through the entire meal.
Found that the usual pizza place I go to - Gold Pan Pizza - had shut down, so drove back into town to try Pioneer Hillside Pizza after having not been there for 5+ years. Everything about the pizza other than the pepperoni was terrible. The crust was flavorless. The toppings were swimming on the bland sauce. The wall of cheese separating the sea of sauce from the pepperoni was mostly (probably fake) cheddar - there was no mozzarella in detectable quantities. I will definitely not be back for another 5+ years.
This is the most I have ever paid for a poor tasting pizza
